WATER & RECREATION NOTES
River depth ranges from 3 feet near the dock to over 10 feet mid-channel.
Water level is carefully managed to maintain a required minimum flow, regardless of rainfall, making it ideal for kayaking and fishing year-round.
Warmer months bring the arrival of floating button moss, which collects at the surface and along the water’s edge. Still safe to swim but less enjoyable for some.

- Primary bedroom: queen bed with premium DreamCloud hybrid mattress (private, locking door)
- Bunk area: 2 twin bunk beds (open, no door)

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Tiny home water heater is small. Short showers work best, with time to refill between showers. Outdoor tankless shower available.
Outdoor spaces, fire pit, and riverfront are shared with one other tiny home (Loft House), but each home has a separate porch, grill, outdoor dining and hammocks. Please note, boat lift is for owner use only.
As of June 2026, there is construction activity on a neighboring property. While construction is generally limited to daytime hours, it is outside of our control and guests may hear equipment, vehicles, or workers during their stay.
We utilize professional pest control on a regular schedule, but this does not guarantee a pest-free visit, inside or out. Because we're in the country and near water, you may encounter various wildlife and insects.
We do our best to schedule our lawn service when the property is empty. Sometimes we are unable to coordinate this, and the lawn crew may be present for a few hours during your stay.
We live locally and also have local maintenance and housekeeping for needs that may arise.

We enjoyed our stay at the bunkhouse. It was just right for 4 of us, the kids really liked the bunkbeds. The best part was waking up early & enjoying coffee on the upper deck looking out over the water and sitting up there in the late evening with a drink.

This was such a great little spot on the river. Well kitted out with almost everything we needed and the labeling system was super helpful. It was clean and comfortable too. I was surprised with how few mosquitoes there were for being so close to the water and in May. Town is a quick drive away should you need anything. We had a wonderful time!

My daughter and I booked the Bunk house for a week visit with friends who just had a baby Wanted to find a place where the new mom and dad could relax and enjoy some time with us. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets eating dinner outside each night, enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks and spent the days swimming and using the kayaks. The hosts are very easy to contact but really not needed as they have everything covered, even down to labeling the light switches and all of the kitchen cabinets, an added touch I very much appreciated

The weekend was exactly what I needed. A break away from busy life and into nature! Loved having the view of the river and took the kayak out for a leisurely stroll. It was hard to leave and the accommodations were really cute and I’d absolutely visit again!
