This cozy one-bedroom tiny home with a sleeping loft offers the ideal blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure, with stunning views from a two-level deck and plenty of space to unwind: kayaking over calm waters, fishing on still mornings, swinging in a hammock, fireside nights under the stars.

WATER & RECREATION NOTES
River depth ranges from 4 feet at the base of the stairs to over 10 feet mid-channel.
Water level is carefully managed to maintain a required minimum flow, regardless of rainfall, making it ideal for kayaking and fishing year-round.
Warmer months bring the arrival of floating button moss, which collects at the surface and along the water’s edge. Still safe to swim but less enjoyable for some.

- Loft - 2 queen beds (open to living area, LOW 4' CEILING great for kids)

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Tiny home water heater is small. Short showers work best, with time to refill between showers.
The riverfront decks on either side of us extend to the property lines, so our riverfront can be a good place to meet friendly neighbors.
We utilize professional pest control on a regular schedule, but this does not guarantee a pest-free visit, inside or out. Because we're in the country and near water, you may encounter various wildlife and insects.
We do our best to schedule our lawn service when the property is empty. Sometimes we are unable to coordinate this, and the lawn crew may be present for a few hours during your stay.
We live locally and also have local maintenance and housekeeping for needs that may arise.

It was truly an amazing experience. Memories were made that will last a lifetime. Pulling up to the home was an amazing feel, birds chirping underneath the shade and the river in the background, peaceful and calm. The home was extremely comfortable and everything we could’ve possibly needed, was already available for our use. Kayaking was one of the highlights, a great experience. Thank you for allowing to partake in your slice of heaven, we can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience at this property. Cozy, clean, and everything I needed for this quiet getaway. Dealing directly with property management made all the problems not problems! It was a comfortable experience (nothing wrong with the property or anything, my email wasn't operating properly and I missed necessary information). Excellent customer service! Gratitude and blessings.

Great place. Very comfy. 10 min from downtown. Beautiful waterfront scenery. Was raining during our stay so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor part, so will have to return. So many windows was so relaxing inside watching the rain. They have everything you need in the kitchen, they have games, books. Couldn't ask for more.

The Lake Nolte Retreat was a relaxing river getaway. There’s a lot packed into this property. The fire pit, the deck on the water, the grill, the kayak’s, all were great additions to our experience.
It’s a relaxing way to kick back and get “back to the basics” of life.
I give it 5 🌟 and I will be back soon!
