THE LONE STAR AT REILEY RETREAT hosted by CTXBNB: Perched above Lake Placid on the Guadalupe River in Seguin (TX), The Lone Star offers a peaceful lakefront getaway perfect for up to 5 guests. This bright, updated 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex blends comforts of home with surplus of amenities. Excellent fishing spot. Kayaks included FREE. Lake views that steal the show. Great hub to explore Central Texas.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
You’ll be staying in one side of a duplex. While the outdoor spaces, fire pit, and riverfront are shared with the neighboring unit, you’ll have a fully private interior, carport, and back porch equipped with a grill and outdoor dining. Please note, the boat lift is for owner use only.
We utilize professional pest control on a regular schedule, but this does not guarantee a pest-free visit, inside or out. Because we're in the country and near water, you may encounter various wildlife and insects.
We do our best to schedule our lawn service when the property is empty. Sometimes we are unable to coordinate this, and the lawn crew may be present for a few hours during your stay.
We live locally and also have local maintenance and housekeeping for needs that may arise.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. Location pretty much had everything that you would need. Only wished we had nook for a couple of more days!!
