About this house rental
The exclusive apartment chalet is only 150 meters away from the new Eichenhof ski lifts (ski in / ski out).
Apartment 1 is on the upper floor with a large garden, covered veranda with sitting area and grill possibility, hatch to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room with TV. The bathroom has a double sink, shower and towel dryer. The toilet is next door. In the large kitchen there is a bench seat, dishwasher, oven, micro and a fridge-freezer. The apartment is equipped with living room ventilation and provides you with fresh air all the time.
There is a separate room for your skis, toboggans, suitcases and bicycles.
The apartment two in the basement has two bedrooms and a living room with adjoining kitchen. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, double sink, towel dryer and a washing machine. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating and also has living room ventilation. There is a separate entrance to the north-facing outside seating with access to the carport, where your car is parked.
Store your skis, bicycles and suitcases in the separate parking space.
The entire apartment house has space for ten people and an extra bed. The house is located in a quiet area because it is in a cul-de-sac. You can walk to the ski lifts. There is also a ski rental and bike rental in summer. The center of St Johann in Tirol is one kilometer away. You park in a private covered parking lot in front of the house.
