Only a 5-10 minute stroll on a shaded boardwalk through the remnant rainforest to the beach. Only a 15 minutes walk to Sunshine Beach village which offers a wonderful selection of shops, cafe's, bars & Restaurants or take one of the many scenic tracks through the National Park.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have booked at the Sunshine Coast. And accommodated my dog Macpherson which is special for us when we stay at the beach. The house is my dream space, With all the mid century modern Scandinavian style fittings and furniture we have at home. And the kitchen was exceptional for me, as I love to cook. I couldn’t recommend this house and location more highly. It was a perfect 5 night vacation. Thank you!!

Love the amazing architecture of this near new beach house. The house backs on to the Noosa National Park - the uninterrupted views are fabulous and then there’s the temptation of the short or the longer coastal walk through the park to Hastings St. The house immediately felt like I was walking into something straight out of an architecture design magazine, with its towering roofline, wonderfully landscaped pool, post-modernist sculptures and designer kitchen, not to forget the scandi furniture and indigenous art. Walking distance of the magnificent Sunshine Beach beachfront via a shady boardwalk is an added plus. I didn’t want to leave. The staff at HolidayHomes Noosa were great - they said this house was special and they were spot on.

The Leaf House is an architecturally stunning new build with panoramic views of Noosa National Park. It only a 5 to 10 minute stroll along a sheltered boardwalk through remnant rainforest to the beach. There are several tracks through the National Park, including the coastal walk which has continuous stunning ocean view and ends at Hastings Street in Noosa. The house comfortably sleeps eight. The bedrooms are generous in size as is the main bathroom. The library has a fold down queen size bed. The main bedroom is separate with a large walk in wardrobe and separate en suite which includes a free standing bath.
The open plan lounge dining kitchen takes up half the length of the house with the flow continuing onto the deck through glass sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality crockery glassware and appliances. Antique Danish furniture features in the living area. The pool is located off the deck next to the National Park. I found it very relaxing sitting on the deck or swimming in the pool listening to some of the 25 odd local species of birds we identified from the owners Birds of Australia book. The kids were no trouble as they were in the pool from morning to night and the open plan living and deck area made watching over them very easy. There is a barbecue on the deck so entertaining is easy too. The house is surrounded by a wonderful native garden with established trees and many different plants from the local Wallum environment.
I enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday and would recommend Leaf House to your clients, I will certainly be returning there for in the future.
