Welcome to your dream coastal retreat. Nestled just steps from the golden sands of Sunshine Beach, this beautifully renovated luxury beach house offers a seamless blend of modern elegance, stunning ocean views, and laid-back sophistication. Our house has SPACE, a great beachside LOCATION and very RELAXING. We have enough room for everyone to hang out, together or individually for a quiet time.

Seven Surfside has full air conditioning - Cooling and Heating, Ceiling Fans in every room, European appliances, stone floors on all balconies, pool area and bathrooms, as well as lower level relaxation area.
There are polished wooden floors throughout living, dining and kitchen areas and has four carpeted bedrooms.
Two large entertaining terraces and stacking bi-fold doors.
The property's three levels consist of:
1. The top level offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Listen to the sounds of waves breaking on the beach and spot dolphins and whale passing by.
This level has a large open plan living and dining area along with a modern well-equipped kitchen with stone and stainless steel benchtops. Wide bi-fold doors open onto a large balcony for relaxing, entertaining and dining. There is a fireplace with BOSE stereo system and daybed area too.
Mid level features another open plan living area with bifold doors that open up the room into a large fabulous alfresco dining experience for 14 persons, dishwasher and built-in BBQ.
A superb feature is the swimming pool which is always inviting you in for a quick refreshing dip after spending a day at the beach or around the dining table or BBQ.
There are 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms open onto personal courtyards and the other King bedroom has stunning views of the ocean.
The lower ground level has Queen bedroom as well as a relaxing sitting area to come into, from the beach. A great place for the kids and teenagers to have their own space.
The laundry is on this level too, which opens out to the parking area for 2 cars and stairs to the beach.

*Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and opens into a private courtyard and beautiful travertine bathroom with bath/shower basin/bench and separate toilet.
*Bedroom 3: on the same level, has 2 single beds looking out on a courtyard and shared a bathroom with Bed 1.
* the Lower Level bedroom (4) is spacious and airy, with a relaxing sitting area to come into, from the beach. A great place for the kids and teenagers to have their own space.
Beds are made up with crisp clean white linen, doonas and blankets. Bath and pool towels are provided.

We spent the long weekend with our adult family and this could not have been any more perfect. The house was stunning, we sat on the front balcony drinking cocktails and watching whales breach. Surfside 7 absolutely lived up to the dream. A huge credit to Fay who was very easy to communicate with.
