New owner and completely remodeled Winter 2024.
This unit is perfectly located on the 17th floor, right in the middle of the building which gives the best Gulf views!
Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, including flatscreen SMART TVs in every room. There is a 65'' in the living room, a 60'' in the master, a 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and a 48'' in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2,000 sq ft condo. The beach-facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath-taking views. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and a wet-bar, and ice maker. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
Sleeping accommodations for 10 include a king bed in the master bedroom; the second bedroom also has a king bed; and the third bedroom has two queen-sized beds. There is also a new sleeper sofa in the living.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, and the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay; however, please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Overall, we had a great stay. The unit was clean, beautiful view, right on the beach, a lot of amenities in this building, owner was quick and responsive to issues. A few things to note: You will wait FOREVER all day long for elevators at this building. So if you can rent on an upper floor, do it, you will then get priority of the elevators. The outdoor pools are NOT heated. The Owner does not supply anything for the beach, no beach towels, no beach chairs, no umbrella, no boogie board, no beach toys. We thought to ask this before our trip, and good thing we did, because they supply none of it. And thankfully we drove and could bring those things. But I have never stayed at a beach rental anywhere where the rental owner doesn't supply a single item for the beach. I don't know if that's common for this building, but we found that to be pretty unusual and pretty unfortunate.

The room was spacious, the balcony was just the right size for 6 people. The condo does need a few things. A new toilet seat in the master bath, way better sheets (they felt starched and only 100 goat-hair thread count), better cookware, spatulas, extra towels (there were only 8 towels), beds are very firm, pillows were worn and flat, dining room table and chairs are cheap and flimsy, the entertainment center needs repair, this condo could sell for 1M, but it has 6 shower heads in the master. Come on owners! I would not choose this specific condo again without some changes. The Oasis is a premier building/property and its amenities are second to none. Parking is plentiful, indoor pool is quite big, outdoor splash pad and pools are fantastic. We very much enjoyed our time but sleeping well was challenging for us.

Beautiful condo and fabulous gulf views! Very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Amenities were nice - including the cafe near pools and beach boardwalk with great burgers and truffle fries. Perfect long weekend!!
