The apartment on the first floor of a modern villa is new, clean and furnished. It is also completely independent and silent with an entrance-living room and kitchenette. The double rooms, large and comfortable, are two and both have air conditioning. The comfortable and bright bathroom has a large shower. The apartment has a washing machine.
The villa has a garden with an orchard and a large internal square for car parking. It also rises in a residential context, of as many villas, quiet and silent with new roads and lots of green around.
Guests can also enjoy free wireless internet access.
The apartment is ideal for those wishing to spend a vacation in total relaxation, but nothing prevents sports lovers from practicing the many activities in the area such as:
- Kitesurfig;
- Wave surf;
- Wind Surf;
- Diving;
- Sub Fishing;
- Equestrian sports in the nearby stables;
- Sky Dive;
- Trekking;
- Football, tennis, golf;
- sea excursions (Sinis marine reserve and Mal di Ventre island);
- land excursions by mountain bike or off-road vehicle (Capo Mannu, Sa Mesa Longa, Falesie del Sinis, Monti Ferru, etc.);
- horse riding along the coast.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and provided everything we wanted. The owner was very friendly and helpful - his English is limited, but he is studying and will surely improve. There are a few small shops in the village but you can drive to Oristano in 5 minutes and there is a large shopping centre with a big supermarket on the left as you enter the town. We enjoyed exploring the beaches, ruins and walks on the Sinis peninsula. At our speed of driving, it took 20 minutes to reach San Giovanni di Sinis (for the beach and the ruins at Tharros) which is lovely and fairly quiet in May. There is not much of a view from the apartment but it is in a cul-de-sac and the surroundings are pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to others.
