Welcome to Sea Glass House, your coastal retreat on Marco Island. Spend your days by the private heated saltwater pool and spa, explore by bicycle, and head to the beach with the gear already provided. Inside, soothing colors and beach-inspired details create a comfortable place to unwind.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 king bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
- Bedroom 4 / private study: an enclosed room with its own door, a work desk and a double sofa bed. The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. The seventh and eighth guests are charged $50 each per night, with a maximum occupancy of 8. For 7 or 8 guests, the sofa bed will be prepared before arrival; no separate sofa-bed preparation fee applies. Enter the full guest count when booking.

Enjoy your private heated pool with a saltwater system, plus a spa jacuzzi for relaxing between island adventures.
BEACH DAYS MADE EASIER
Beach essentials include a cart, umbrella, chairs and a wheeled cooler. Bicycles are also provided. Middle Beach Access is approximately a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute bike ride from the house; travel times vary by route and pace.

Gather in the living area, enjoy a board game, or prepare meals in the spacious, fully equipped open kitchen. High-quality linens and thoughtful toiletries add comfort to your stay. Start your morning at the coffee station. The primary bedroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, bamboo bed linens and cotton towels. A travel crib and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones. Paraben-free shampoo is provided.

Three exterior security cameras are located on the front facade: a Ring doorbell at the front door and one camera at the garage corner and another at the opposite front corner. They monitor the front entrance and driveway for security and to verify maintenance-service arrivals. No cameras are located inside the house, and none views the interior or the pool area.

The house was beautiful & loved that it came with 4 bikes. Only complaint is the hot tub didn’t get hot mostly our whole stay, & the bath tub also does not get hot. Wasn’t the greatest for staying during a record cold front on the island.

We had a fantastic time in Marco at this wonderful house. The host was great and I would highly recommend anyone staying at this house!

This property is beautiful and in a great location. 4 great bikes but tires were low, no air pump- No grill - no real cooler only styrofoam - no instruction manual for house or vendor schedule or list of rules/expectations. -multiple cameras and they are constantly watching and making comments We rented this house because it is close to our Condo. we wanted overflow space and a place for family gathering. I was very open about this. There were 2 adults and 3 kids actually staying there with occasional visits from grandma & grandpa and 2 more cousins. 2 nights we made dinner there. I kept getting additional charges for additional guests. They also said they saw one of the kids putting garbage in the bin without it being in a bag. ?They will not give you a garage code so you can only enter through front door then open garage. One day the front door code was out of batteries and we couldn’t get in. I did reach them but they responded in Spanish I wasn’t sure what to expect since I don’t speak Spanish. They did come so that was good. Then they sent an additional charge because they observed our #20 lb dog enter the house. We just brought him to visit with us because it said “pet friendly”. I did agree to pay this since we should have asked before bringing the dog. He did enter through the house but stayed outside by the pool. All in all we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and would not rent here again. Good for quiet adults and maybe 2 kids. Not families
