Welcome to our brand-new 2 bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Ambleside, perfectly situated near the enchanting town of Ambleside and the serene Lake Windermere at Waterhead. Experience modern comfort in a thoughtfully designed space with plenty of private parking, a spacious patio, and a convenient boot room for your outdoor gear.

The Space:
The open-plan kitchen is a culinary haven, with beautiful arched features, while the cosy lounge, complete with a log burner, invites relaxation after a day of exploration. The added benefit of a downstairs shower room means that this property boasts both two bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is ensuite).

One Bedroom is set up as a delightful king and the other as a perfect twin. The property also has a family bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for an evening soak after a day on the fells.

With an EV charger on-site, eco-conscious guests can conveniently power up for their next adventure as well as a cycle store for bikes, kayaks and any other outdoor equipment you bring with you.

Guest Access:
Guest's are able to use the whole property throughout their stay - There is private parking for multiple vehicles right outside.

The Neighborhood:
Located equidistant from both Ambleside town centre and the Lake at Waterhead, the property is ideal for visiting all that Ambleside has to offer including an abundance of shops, restaurant and bars as well as all the outdoor activities on the Lakeside.

Getting Around:
We love the fact that many walks can be undertaken directly from the door and if you wish to travel further afield there is a regular bus service, less than 5 mins from the property.

Other Things to Note:
We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay. We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area.
We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.

If you wish to use the EV Charger then a pre authorisation of your credit card will be applied prior to use, with the balance refunded if less consumptions is used by the end of your stay.
