The booking was easy and detailed. The Tropic Terrace is in a great location. Close to shopping and activities, close drive to downtown where there are tons of things to do, lots of touristy and non touristy places to eat close by. The beach is beautiful here. The room itself was recently updated, but the work was done sloppy making it look unfinished. The bathroom was very small, if I was any bigger of a person I wouldn't fit between the sink and the toilet. The king size bed though was soooo comfortable I slept so well all week.

Very welcoming host. Property is currently under construction from the hurricane but they did their best to accommodate us in every way. Allowed us in for early check in and were able to get laundry done before we hit the beach!

My boyfriend and I booked #10 for 4 days, the location was perfect for beach access and evening entertainment. When booking this we didn’t realize how small the space actually was, it’s super cute, just make sure you really like the person you’re sharing the space with! I would recommend that ownership look into upgrading the A/C units, every night our room couldn’t get below 74°. It would also be nice to have access to more than 2 beach towels, when individuals go on vacation, doing laundry isn’t the task we want to be stuck with. Overall this place is super cute, well priced, and we’ll be sure to book again!!

Would give this 4.5 stars. Overall good and met expectations. Not extravagant but above average. Location was great, pool was nice, room was cute, and we paid a fraction of the cost compared to a friend that stayed less than 1/2 a mile and theirs was triple the price. What lowered our score was that our AC was not operating correctly on one of the nights so the room was warm. They offered to reimburse us to purchase a fan but we didn't have time or a car to go to the store to purchase one. I would consider returning back here next time.
