Located just north of the main downtown area of Treasure Island and St Pete Beach, it's an easy walk over to some wonderful (and fun!) restaurants and bars, but far enough away that you are never bothered by crowds or noise. Getting to the beach is a leisurely 5 minute walk over to the most beautiful sand and water that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer.

Perfect listing description! Clean, minutes from beach, pool almost to yourself, heavenly king bed, and more. Robin and Alan answered all of our questions quickly and even made great dinner recommendations. We would chose this rental again! Thank you for our much needed, perfect escape !!

Great lodging in a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped condo-apartment.
Choice location, nice swimming pool right outside the door, enjoyable canal-side area with chairs and tables.
Excellent communication with owners, quick to respond, good folks. As overviewed in the listing, a short stroll to the Gulf beach, shops, dining, etc. Short drive to many other fun, interesting places.
Unit’s furnishings, appliances, and dinner/silverware first-rate. Casual-yet-quality property. The “well-maintained” claim is certainly true and hopefully continues.
Would definitely reserve again if available for another visit to the area next year.
