Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $50 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fees. You may request a crate at no charge in our enhancements page: www.sivr.rentals/enhancements
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Firewood is available for purchase.

Everything was just as hoped, and we had a wonderful stay at the White Oak cabin. Communication was fantastic, the cabin was clean and included everything we needed for comfort and to prepare meals. The hot tub was in perfect working order, the views were lovely and we were able to visit Giant City, Ferne Clyffe, Little Grand Canyon, Garden of the Gods and Rim Rock across 2.5 days. We would not hesitate to return!

The cabin and its atmosphere is so well thought out. It was very relaxing place. An excellent place to enjoy a private Christmas!
