Welcome to our 3-bed, 2-bath home in Little Havana, Miami! Immerse yourself in this vibrant historic neighborhood and enjoy city living without the high-rise. Our home features cozy bedrooms, a large living space, a dining area and a large backyard patio. This unique Miami home is centrally located to explore all of Miami with your friends or family. Experience the rich Cuban heritage, explore colorful streets, and savor delicious local cuisine. Enjoy the real Miami and stay in Casa Ideal.
Large main living and dining area with ample seating and a workspace. 65- inch smart TV. Dining table seats 8. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials.
Three bedrooms: master with attached bathroom and 2 guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath in between.
Large backyard and patio area with lot of seating. Kids can play in the yard, enjoy dinner or drinks outside in the beautiful Miami weather.
The entire home and yard is all yours. There is a guest house at the back of the property where I stay, however I list on Airbnb when I’m away. Any guest staying in the guest house has no access to the main house. They have their own entrance through the back and their own patio space.
I am available if you need me, otherwise the home is all yours, enjoy!

Uber or driving is the best way to get around Miami. There are also some free Trolleys in the area. Little Havana is a 10-15 min driver from most of Miami's popular neighborhoods.
There are 2 totally separate units on this property. Both have their own entrances and are not connected in any way.
Absolutely no parties or unregistered guests. $500 fine.
Lost key $100 fine
No smoking of any kind $500 fine.
Enjoy the outdoor space but keep the noise/loud music down after 10pm.
