When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
The open living area looks out to nice views of the slopes while the balcony door and windows let in plenty of bright sunshine. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace or plug in the iPod to the stereo dock. Borrow a movie from the office to view on the TV with a DVD player. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
