NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TOO TALL NO PETS NO SMOKING
The sun, the blue sky of Provence to be enjoyed without constraint. Discover the coastal paths that take you from La Londe to Bormes via the Pellegrin beach, Estagnol beach, the fort of Brégançon... 9 km circuit, quiet with wonderful landscapes, beautiful walks between nature and culture, its gastronomy and its vineyards. Sunday market on Sunday mornings, 1.2 km from the city and 800 m from the beaches, Miramar, L'Argentière.....
You will appreciate the place for the tranquility, ease to park the car, either in the lot next to it or on the street for free
Washing machine in garage (free)
After climbing 17 steps (working width 85 cm) without risers in the garage, with a ramp you are completely independent of the house
The accommodations are comfortable, consisting of a living room of 16m2 with hob, microwave, senseo coffee maker.. sofa bed 140. ht under ceiling from 1.70 to 2.50 m
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, cupboards, surface area of 13 m2 excluding VAT with ceiling of 1.70 to 2.50 m
Bathroom with shower and toilet and washbasin with high ceilings 1.70/1.80 m
insulated attic rooms) there are 2 velux windows with blackout curtain on each skylight, it has a fan in bedroom above the bed storage area,, terrace area downstairs with table... You can smoke (only outside) West sun exposure from 1 pm until evening overlooking vineyard field and land of 2000m2 unbuilt, fans for heat and mosquitoes.
Sheets, pillows, mini duvet (summer) as well as cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the 40€ cleaning fee

There is plenty of free parking when you go to the beaches and even in the city some places are in the blue zone no parking meter
FREE PARKING FOR YOUR VEHICLE
When you have crossed the Londe, take the direction of the port Les Plages, at the beginning of the boulevard Louis Bernard, you have the rue Surcouf, just before you have a path "Domaine privé du Bastidon", take this path in pebble, 2nd house you have arrived
