Very clean and bright apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with an intercom, it is located on the 2nd floor with a large terrace in the sun all day long to admire the view (port of Crouesty and ocean) the boats entering and leaving the port,
The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs.
The building has an elevator with access to the basement where a closed box is available with the apartment to protect your car.
It includes an entrance with cupboards and separate toilet,
a living room dining room with sofa bed, a 4-seater corner sofa and 2 armchairs, 1 flat-screen TV,
a large octagonal table for meals,
A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, 4-burner electric hob,
2 bedrooms, the first with a 160*200 bed and large closets and balcony, and the second with 1 drawer bed (2*80 or 1*160 x190)

The apartment was as described and shown in the photos: bright, with a spacious living-dining area, covered terrace and good layout. Restaurants, bars and shops nearby, large supermarket not far away. Located in the largest marina in Brittany, it was still quiet. Beach nearby, underground parking for the car, everything relaxed.
