The location is very good with easy access to the beach, the pool and the marina areas with all the bars and restaurants. It has the holiday feel. The apartment is well equipped for self catering and the view and terrace are probably good for eating outside. It catches the sun in the morning and afternoon.
The whole complex could do with a bit of a refresh as the decor is looking a bit worn. The bed is a sofa bed and since the apartment is narrow it takes up quite a bit of space. The checking in location needs to be more accurately described. Linen and towels are extra and not included in the price. Whilst I left the apartment as clean as I found it, because of the need for a refresh it's difficult for it to look absolutely clean.

L'appartement est calme et très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse vue sur mer. L'emplacement est exceptionnel. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied et le soir nous avons profité du port de Crouesty également tout proche. Magnifique séjour à Arzon. Merci Betty.
