Gorgeous blue water beaches are less than 1 mile away. Designer finishes are evident the moment you enter. New porcelain flooring throughout the entire unit. Custom cabinetry with extended granite master suite offers two custom built in-closets and custom shades. New appliances including washer/dryer, fantastic custom lighting, new toilets, and hardware. Covered parking in garage. Complex is professionally maintained and kept in immaculate condition, along with 24-hour security and key fob entry. From this location you can travel A1A to Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray – all a short drive. Small dogs (under 30lbs) are considered with an additional pet fee. 30-day minimum lease.
