Complex includes large heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, fitness center, media room, billiard and game rooms and business center. There is a 30 night minimum. Nice safe building but bar noise at night, marina noise early mornings. We had no a/c few days, hopefully a new system was put in.The apartment faces street level so you hear all the noise. The apartment is a bit tired, carpet throughout was big negative, dim lighting at night. There’s no sun at the pool this time of year which was a negative to us. There’s an application fee for HOA, which was an added $200. The apartment was fully stocked with basics. Bob the Propery manager was great!
