The maximum number of guests is 10. No outside guests are allowed during the entirety of your stay. Minimum age of primary renter: 25
Your rate includes a $90 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, which is required for all reservations. The damage waiver covers up to $500.00 of accidental damage. These damages must be disclosed to Valerie McFarland before or upon check-out of your stay. Damages deemed intentional, negligent, or pet damage will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the guest's sole responsibility.

Cozy cabin. Perfect for a quick family getaway!

The house was exactly as described - a split-level with plenty of space for two families of four. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and kitchen items. Plenty of pet supplies and even a basket of items if you forgot something from home.
The host, Valerie, was a very good communicator and really wanted to ensure we had a great stay.
