The adjacent well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to play chef or simply store your leftovers. The bedrooms are cooled by ceiling fans and central air, and both provide plenty of storage space for your vacation garb.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
This is a non smoking complex. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the balconies, or in the parking lot.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
No elevator access on the premises.
No motorcycles permitted.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The stay was nice and in a great location in Cherry Grove.The only downfall is the 4 flights of stairs. It was a killer to unpack and the repack the car at the end of the stay.

We loved The Summer Place. Very clean and loved waking up to the ocean view. Very close to everything.

A nice place for a small family. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so carrying things up and down the stairs made unpacking and packing a bit challenging.
