Terrific location facing the ocean. Pleasant family-oriented neighborhood and gorgeous beach. Two spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds, though third one in entryway with twins offers no privacy for inhabitants. Good TV connections.
Rudimentary facilities in kitchen and bathrooms. No dishwasher, and tiny kitchen made it difficult to wash dishes, let alone cook. Gritty floors that desperately need deep cleaning. VERY noisy dehumifier system that runs continuously and can never be turned off. Noisy AC units; need replacement with central system incorporating modern dehumidifier. Crumbly balconies with dirty furniture; noise from dehumifier extends outside, detracting from beach views. Outside shower was inoperable and never repaired, requiring use of facilities at neighboring condos. Awful common washer/dryer on ground level. Trash cans at ground level not emptied unless tenants moved them to curb at specified times. Note: $200/week cheaper to rent via local rental company.
