1. Check-In & Door Code
Door codes are only shared after the reservation holder sends a selfie with their photo ID in front of the home.
Check-in is between 4 PM and 12 AM. Arrivals outside of this window are not permitted, as our team is available to assist only between 4 PM and 11 PM.
2. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in: $50/hour
Late check-out: $100/hour
Subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
3. Complaints
All concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be addressed promptly.
4. Reservation Modifications
Any changes to your reservation (dates, guest count, etc.) must be submitted before 10 AM each day. Changes after 10 AM cannot be processed due to platform restrictions.
5. Refund Policy
We do not provide courtesy refunds under any circumstances.
6. Amenities & Requests
Please give at least 24 hours' notice (between 4 PM–12 AM) for any special requests or amenity coordination to ensure proper delivery or resolution.
7. Additional Cleanings
If you'd like to request an additional or courtesy cleaning, this must be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM on the day it’s needed.
8. Guest Registration
All guests must be registered after booking. This includes submitting valid IDs for everyone listed.
🔹 Incomplete or inaccurate registration will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
9. City Penalties & Neighborhood Impact
Guests are fully responsible for any city-issued fines during their stay.
If applicable, an additional 20% of the total booking amount will be charged as compensation, supporting a neighborhood impact mitigation program.
10. Damages & Lost Property
Guests agree to reimburse the host for any damages to the property or lost items incurred during their stay.

I booked this stay for an eight-person bachelor party, and it was a fantastic getaway. It was the perfect size for us to all fit comfortably—I especially loved that we each had our own bed and room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, and we really appreciated the available amenities.There are, however, a few areas that could use some improvement. The outdoor furniture wasn't very comfortable, and some of the seats were still covered in dirt when we arrived. The sauna looks much more weathered and beat up than it does in the listing photos; it almost felt like it might fall apart. The hot tub was nice, but it could really use a stand for the top cover. Additionally, the pool wasn't thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed before our arrival, as there were golf balls and leaves resting at the bottom. Finally, the kitchen cooking supplies are quite old and heavily worn.Despite those details, I highly recommend this place for large groups. We had a great time, and it served as a perfect central location for getting anywhere in South Florida.
