Sleeping arrangements are as follows.

House One includes a master bedroom with one king bed, a second bedroom with one queen bed, a third bedroom with four twin beds, and an office with a double sofa bed.

House Two includes a master bedroom with one king bed, a second bedroom with one queen bed, a third bedroom with two full-size beds, and a living room with one queen sofa bed and two twin sofa beds.

Each home has its own laundry room, full-size washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen.

Interior features include six bedrooms total, four bathrooms, an office with desk, monitor, and printer, dining tables with seating for eight in each home, smart TVs, high-speed fiber internet, and luxury hotel-quality linens and towels.
