The holiday apartment “Piano Terra” is situated in a quiet area close to the beach of the seaside resort Perd’e Sali-Porto Columbu, which has been named the most beautiful coast of the Chia region in southeast Sardinia. Ideal for families, the 45 m² apartment on the ground floor consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include fans, cable TV and air conditioning. The covered veranda with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee. The shared outdoor area boasts a garden with a stone barbecue for you to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners. You can reach a bus stop after 500 m or a 6-minute walk, and after 1 km you will find restaurants, bars and tobacconists along the marina, while bigger supermarkets are located a 6-minute drive (3.2 km) away in Pula. The nearest sandy beach is only 560 m or a 7-minute walk from the apartment, where you can bask in the sunshine and swim in the beautiful bay. The town of Sarroch is a 12-minute drive (7 km) away, and the bustling city of Cagliari with its charming old town centre lies a 40-minute drive (38 km) north of Perd’e Sali. The city’s international airport is a 35-minute drive (37 km) from the apartment.

Pros: Ottima disponibilità della proprietaria, la casa accogliente e tranquilla, la vicinanza con una deliziosa spiaggetta dal mare pulito e mai affollata.
Le gite sul territorio molto interessanti.
Viene voglia di ripetere l'esperienza!
Cons: Non riesco a trovare lati negativi.
Forse la dimora poteva essere attrezzata in modo più completo, ma si tratta di pochi dettagli.
Il resto era gradevolissimo anche come arredi , nell'uso di tessuti e colori locali tipici...
