THE SPACE:
- These units are part of a triplex; you will have access to units A and B, which are both separate from the third apartment with the driveway being the only shared amenity.
- Maplecrest A is a two-floor home with nearly 3,000 sqft of living space. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the home. All bedrooms are located upstairs while the dining and living areas are on the main floor.
- Maplecrest B is a 1BR apartment with >900 sqft. There are two queen beds in the bedroom. You must be able to climb steps to get to the entrance of the apartment.
GUEST ACCESS:
- Both units are accessible via keyless entry, and codes will be provided prior to your stay.
You will have room to park up to 6 cars. This property will not be a fit for you if you need to bring more than 6 cars.
Other things to note:
- Pets are accepted, but an additional pet fee of $150 per trip will be charged.
