Our lovingly restored, historic farmhouse, “beim Müllner,” offers two beautiful vacation apartments with stunning mountain views right on the town beach. You can expect a warm, personal welcome, and it’s very important to us that your stay with us leaves you with wonderful memories. There’s a small playground for children and seating in the garden. At the Müllner Stüberl restaurant, you can enjoy Bavarian delicacies.
Our “Wendelstein” vacation apartment is located in a historic building that we’ve renovated with great attention to detail.
The spacious apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax together and enjoy the beauty of our Bavarian Alps.
Each room is lovingly furnished and exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the large dining area offers plenty of space for social gatherings with family and friends.
If you don’t feel like cooking after an eventful day, you can enjoy typical local delicacies at “Gasthaus Müllner Stüberl.”
The wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth and creates a comfortable atmosphere—perfect for rainy days or relaxing evenings after a busy day.

Our historic farmhouse, “beim Müllner,” is located in the Milbing district on the southern outskirts of Brannenburg.
All major shopping areas and the train station are about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
As the mountain view from the balcony suggests, there are endless opportunities for recreational activities in the Inn Valley throughout all seasons.
Whether hiking, biking, skiing, or rock climbing: Everything is within walking distance or accessible by car or public transportation.
Thanks to Brannnenburg’s direct train and highway connections, nothing stands in the way of a visit to the state capital, Munich, or the entire Chiemgau region with its attractions, such as Lake Chiemsee.
The Sudelfeld family ski resort, with guaranteed snow, can be reached quickly by bus or car, and you’re off to the slopes in no time.
Many other attractive ski resorts in Austria are also very well connected.
Just a five-minute walk away, the cog railway takes you up to the 1,838-meter-high Wendelstein in both summer and winter for a truly unique experience.
We, your hosts Ursel and Basti, are in our early 30s, avid mountain sports enthusiasts, and have grown very fond of the village of Brannenburg and the Inntal region.
Since 2020—over the course of four years—we’ve completely renovated our farmhouse, “beim Müllner,” with a lot of passion and our own hard work, and we’re delighted to now welcome you as our guests.
Basti is an active member of the Brannenburg Mountain Rescue Service, and we’re happy to help with any questions you may have about the region and possible activities.
In the apartments, you’ll find recommended tour suggestions for the region, along with corresponding hiking, biking, climbing, and ski tour guides.
Since Basti also works part-time at the local ski and bike shop, the bike repair shop and the bike and ski rental are just a short walk away.
