Exquisite duplex offers top level comfort with screened porch and open deck overlooking the creek. Tropical accents with lovely furnishings, gas grill, and community pool. Also has WiFi. Cable TV in Living Room. 2 additional TVs with no cable. Linens and Towels provided.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

As stated, the house looks out onto 2 small bodies of water where you can watch local birds float or fly by--such a peaceful & pretty view. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was spacious. The inclusion of towels & linens is appreciated. The house was tidy & clean. If you plan to cook, be prepared to bring kitchen utensils & condiments. The basic pots/pans/silverware/knives are provided, but the cooking utensils provided were mostly plastic so bend when ladling out of a bowl, stirring, etc.

I had a wonderful time by myself and with friends. It was a time of healing for me. The home was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. I have stayed in other homes in Silver Sails Landing, but this was my favorite so far.
