About this apartment rental
This is an elegant hotel villa with eat in kitchen for short or medium term rent. The accommodation is located at Sunrise Beach and Villas on beautiful Paradise Island beach. Enjoy privacy and quiet surroundings and relax in one of our two pools, enjoy a meal at the on-site Viola's Bar and Grill, or sip a cool drink from Archie's Bar on the beach. The crystal clear water, clean air and balmy trade winds make for an unforgettable stay, but if you do feel the need for excitement, take a 4 minute stroll over to the Atlantis where you will find 20 restaurants, luxury shopping malls, a theater, a huge casino and many other entertainment options. A short 3 mile trip over the bridge takes you to the heart of the Nassau tourist district. Watersports too numerous to mention are waiting, many right on the beach. When you are finished exploring and looking to leave the crowd behind, come home to Sunrise Beach Club and Villas and relax.

My grandchildren, plus one of their friends, had a wonderful time! We loved the access to the beach - right across the patio and down the stairs, to the most glorious beach any of us had ever seen! The villa was great - lots of room to spread out, including a balcony. The staff was super nice and super helpful. Viola's pub on the property was very convenient, good food, and again super nice folks. All good, but over too soon!

This was a great location for a small family 3-5 people. The location of the villas gave easy access to the beach and a very short walk to a shopping village with a few restaurants. There was also a grocery store within walking distance, just be prepared to pay about double the price of regular grocery stores stateside. There were two pools on the property which were very clean and never crowded. The resort itself was in a great location and had a very relaxing feel. We went over to Atlantis for one day (either a 15 minute walk or a 20 cab ride). Atlantis was just too much. Think cruise ship on land. The waterpark was a lot of fun for the family, but there were just too many people. The beach in front of Sunrise was NEVER crowded and there was a lot to explore by walking down the beach. The ocean water was a comfortable 75 degrees which felt very refreshing after time in the Bahamian sun. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath villa. Beds were comfortable, and there was a TV in each room (that we never turned on). Kitchen came equipped with everything you need. Viola’s restaurant and bar was on property. Food and drinks were great! Overall a fantastic place to stay and would definitely book again.

Room was clean. Staff were great. Enjoyed the few steps to the beach. Pool was nice. New favorite island!

The name is very misleading. It says “Atlantis” as the first word here but it is not associated with Atlantis at all. The actual name is Sunrise Beach Villas which you have to read down in description to get to. And not luxury, but they are nice. Staff was great, but this is not a resort!
