Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio.
The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient.
We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino.
I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.

Just what we needed! No frills villa, beautiful location, easy beach access on a very serene and quiet, we knew coming here the rooms were dated but they were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We got the 2 bedroom and it was HUGE and lots of space. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Highly recommend and we will be back! Loved it!

We loved the property. The unit has a large livingroom and good sized patio. It was well stocked with needed items like tissues, lotion, tea, etc. The office was very helpful and pleasant. The beach was beautiful and not crowded.
We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and its food. The covered outdoor seating was perfect.
We were a mother daughter group of four, ages 70s and 40s. All of us agreed we would like to stay there again.

We knew from the listing that it wasn’t fancy and we didn’t care as long as it was beachfront and comfortable. It was and we had a great time. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though.
