Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.

Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: Kingsize bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Double bedroom (first floor): Double bed with besides, a chest of drawers & built in wardrobe. Stunning views of the sea and over Northam Burrows
Twin room (first floor): Twin beds, bedsides & a small chest of drawers
Bathroom : Walk in shower with rainfall showerhead, bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Garden: Decked patio off kitchen/living area with garden furniture, providing impressive views over the Northam Burrows Country Park Nature Reserve.
Parking: Driveway private parking for 2 cars.

Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday. Please note: There is an adjacent single bedroom annex to this property.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
