Vacation Apartment 6 (75 square meters) consists of a cozy kitchen-living room (refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and oven with microwave function) equipped with digital TV, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and two bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people in a double bed) featuring exposed wooden beams. It is ideal for four people, as each room is separate. The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen-living room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The initial set of bed linens is included. Bed linens and towels are changed after 7 nights for 8.00 euros per apartment (upon request). Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Five comfortably furnished, spacious vacation apartments and an idyllic property nestled in the midst of nearly untouched nature are waiting for you to discover them. From the terrace and balconies, you’ll look out onto a vast orchard with ancient trees. A ping-pong table is set up under the trees, and just beyond the large lawn is our cozy barbecue area. Our large meadow offers plenty of space for children to play, and a playground is available. The property is situated in a completely secluded, peaceful meadow on a hillside on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Morgenitz (population 250). Surrounded by horse paddocks and plenty of forest, you’ll be completely undisturbed and can experience nature in its purest form. Morgenitz is ideally located for exploring the “Sun Island” of Usedom. The Peene River is just 5 km away. The nearest shopping, a doctor, and a bakery can be found in the town of Usedom, 8 km away. The closest swimming spot on the Peene River is about 2.7 km away, near Krienke. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach at Bansin is 16.9 km away.
