Location - Spain/Los Alcazares-Narejos/Murcia – Nueva Ribera Resort.
This is a perfect newly fully refurbished luxury ground floor one bed apartment for couples only or with a child suitable for a travel cot, within 100metres of the beach which is the start of a beautiful 7km shore line walk along the sea of the Mar Menor from Los Narejos to Los Alcazares whether by barefoot on the beach or in flip flops along the relaxed paved promenade.

General overview
Set in a gated community resort with 24/7 security with available free parking if you wish to hire a car during your stay – the resort is within a very local Spanish area with local good Spanish restaurants and bars – however the option to walk 10 minutes to a busier lively area where you can enjoy further entertainment into the early hours with the various cultures who visit the area and have made it their permanent home.
The Apartment is personally owned by my Husband and I, which gives it that extra special touch of class that appreciates what our guests are looking for in terms of all the home comforts to immediately relax and put the flip flops on.
Property details -
· Our property managers will be there for all emergency issues and their contact details will be provided prior to arrival.
· On arrival you will find information for the apartment and local area.
· Everything within this apartment is NEW from summer 2023.
· The property will have all fresh bedding, linen and towels.
· New fully fitted galley kitchen - complete with all white goods such as dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, grill, hob and all other standard equipment such as, kettle, toaster.
· Iron and ironing board
· New bathroom complete with walk in shower
· Hair Dryer
· Full cooling and heating air conditioning throughout with wall controller and remote control
· All luxury furniture
· Free Wi-Fi exclusively to the apartment only
· Smart 47” remote controlled TV
· Lounge equipped with a 3 and 2 seater couches.
· Dining area with table and chairs
· Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people
· Super comfy king-sized bed
· Patio doors that lead to a private balcony with lay down beds that then leads you to the pool.
