About this house rental
This oceanfront, custom built 6 bedroom/8.5 bathroom home boasts 7,000 square feet of pure elegance. Each room was professionally designed and no expense was spared. The attention to detail includes stone flooring throughout the first floor that was repurposed from a 100 year old roof in France. Beautifully maintained grounds provide a pristine view from every room.
The first floor includes the entertainer’s kitchen, casual dining area, formal dining room, comfortable great room, and an oceanfront king bedroom with a luxurious ensuite that includes an oceanfront soaking tub. There’s also a den, a full bath and a half bath.
On the second floor, you will find a king bedroom with ensuite, two queen bedrooms with ensuites, two twin bedrooms with ensuites, a TV room and another full bath.
The pool area is like a resort, with multilevel decks that provide plenty of comfortable places to enjoy the ocean view and sound of the surf. Your visit is not complete until you take in the best sunset on the island while soaking in the hot tub at Sunset Point!
Please note this property is located between a swimmable beach and a non-swimmable inlet area. The inlet area can be very deep and has a dangerously strong current. It is strongly advised not to swim in this area. Guests should use caution as they approach the zone from swimmable to non swimmable. To be safe, we suggest walking northeast several houses down to enjoy swimming in the ocean.

What an amazing house! The beach is gorgeous, as are the views from the house and pool. The pool and hot tub are large and lovely, and overlook the ocean. The house accommodated six of us with room to spare. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. Upon arrival, we were met with a lovely note and floral arrangement. The morning of the second day we were surprised with a delivery of delicious bagels and a wonderful key lime pie! We truly enjoyed our time at this wonderful property, and the extra touches of pure hospitality were unexpected and appreciated. Pure 5-star experience.

Would’ve given four stars but small stuff like dishwashers not working properly and four of the seven kids got splinters in their feet from the deck boards. Other than that, all good.
