About this house rental
This amazing house is difficult to describe in words so please check out the video after the second picture of the slide show of pictures at the top of the page.
Spectacular ocean views from every bedroom as well as outdoor hot tub and private pool are only the beginning to the seemingly endless amenities that come with this oceanfront home on the best beach on Sullivan’s Island.
The spacious deck wrapping around three sides of the house creates porches off every bedroom. When not relaxing on the beach, by the pool or in the hot tub, you can enjoy the full-sized pool table or cook-out on the deluxe gas grill.
First Floor: The first floor boasts a huge open area kitchen, den and dining room with an entire wall of windows facing the ocean. Having the large kitchen attached to the den and dining area allows for guests to enjoy cooking, eating, or playing pool while overlooking and listening to the calming sounds of the ocean waves.
Down the hall are three bedrooms - one king (K), one queen (Q) and two twin bunk beds (TT) – which share two and a half bathrooms. All of these spacious bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening to the deck or screen porch overlooking the beach.
Second Floor: The second floor offers one king (K) and one queen (Q) size bedrooms, a full bathroom, and small living area with two twin beds. Both bedrooms open onto a second-floor deck complete overlooking the ocean.
The house has recently been renovated and includes three flat screen Smart TVs as well as Apple TV and cable. This perfectly located oceanfront home will take your beach vacation to a new level!
One of the families that owns the house lives a mere two blocks down the beach and includes two very responsible teen daughters who love children...so our almost in-house babysitting option can provide a huge benefit to families traveling with children.

The property was an absolutely wonderful location on the beach and in relation to the "downtown" area of Sullivan's Island. Amazing sunrises. Quiet 8 minute bike ride to restaurants and bars. The house is a great combination of beachfront and private pool and hot tub. Very comfortable and relaxing interior. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 smaller children. Overall a most enjoyable stay. Would definitely vacation at this property again in the future.

The property location right on the beach in Sullivan's Island was fantastic! We had views, we had beach access, it was lovely. We were a larger multigenerational family group and there was something for everyone to enjoy!

If you are looking for beach, this is the perfect beach house and accomodates a lot of people. The view can not get any better, the house is on the beach with a pool and hut tub in the backyard for non beach goers. The kitchen is more than equipped with any type of appliance, and kitchen utensil needed. The pool table and board games are a huge plus, especially for rainy days. As a review from a host, the house is in need of some TLC and updating. There are many broken and cracked floor tiles. There was a lot of dog hair throughout the home from prior stays. We spent a good amount of time hosing down the beach chairs, pool furniture, and decks prior to being able to use them, as well as the grill had not been cleaned. A tree service arrived on Saturday without prior notice, to trim the trees around the pool, which was supposed to be a quick thing, but went on for 4 hours, and their family members were parked at the home and utilized the property.Would stay again for a beach retreat, however with known concessions.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, but the house itself needs some care and updates. Among the positives for this rental were the number of guests it sleeps, the pool and the location. The negatives include the doorwall that didn't lock and the one that we had to struggle to open. The kitchen area overall gave an appearance of being dirty, with some cupboard doors hanging off of their frames. The windows could use replacements, too. The decks are old and my daughter fell through one of the boards on the way to the pool. We did use the pool a lot, but that too is tearing away from it's foundation. Overall, my family had a great week on Sullivan's Island, but I left feeling like I didn't get what I had paid for.
