About this house rental
This amazing house is difficult to describe in words so please check out the video after the second picture of the slide show of pictures at the top of the page.
Spectacular ocean views from every bedroom as well as outdoor hot tub and private pool are only the beginning to the seemingly endless amenities that come with this oceanfront home on the best beach on Sullivan’s Island.
The spacious deck wrapping around three sides of the house creates porches off every bedroom. When not relaxing on the beach, by the pool or in the hot tub, you can enjoy the full-sized pool table or cook-out on the deluxe gas grill.
First Floor: The first floor boasts a huge open area kitchen, den and dining room with an entire wall of windows facing the ocean. Having the large kitchen attached to the den and dining area allows for guests to enjoy cooking, eating, or playing pool while overlooking and listening to the calming sounds of the ocean waves.
Down the hall are three bedrooms - one king (K), one queen (Q) and two twin bunk beds (TT) – which share two and a half bathrooms. All of these spacious bedrooms have sliding glass doors opening to the deck or screen porch overlooking the beach.
Second Floor: The second floor offers one king (K) and one queen (Q) size bedrooms, a full bathroom, and small living area with two twin beds. Both bedrooms open onto a second-floor deck complete overlooking the ocean.
The house has recently been renovated and includes three flat screen Smart TVs as well as Apple TV and cable. This perfectly located oceanfront home will take your beach vacation to a new level!
One of the families that owns the house lives a mere two blocks down the beach and includes two very responsible teen daughters who love children...so our almost in-house babysitting option can provide a huge benefit to families traveling with children.

Home blew us away! Perfect laid back beach vibe. Hot tub and pool amazing features! Views of beach and ocean incredible. Immaculately clean, organized. We were there for my sons wedding in charleston, there was fluctuating family members staying, going, visiting… even the bride and groom stayed! With their golden retriever harper for a night! Truly the best home weve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Sarah, the home contact oerson was amazing! Easy to reach and so friendly, truly a pleasure!!!

Perfect Beach house for our 3 generations. The pool, hot tub and pool table are great additions to being right on the beach. Our second stay in 2 years - likely we'll be 3 for 3.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, but the house itself needs some care and updates. Among the positives for this rental were the number of guests it sleeps, the pool and the location. The negatives include the doorwall that didn't lock and the one that we had to struggle to open. The kitchen area overall gave an appearance of being dirty, with some cupboard doors hanging off of their frames. The windows could use replacements, too. The decks are old and my daughter fell through one of the boards on the way to the pool. We did use the pool a lot, but that too is tearing away from it's foundation. Overall, my family had a great week on Sullivan's Island, but I left feeling like I didn't get what I had paid for.
