8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
Booking, checkin and communication was smooth. We loved the resort facilities. The only thing that I considered while rating 4, was the cleanliness. The balcony had spider webs and spiders and then in the inside also we found insects. There was a pin/screw/nail type thing left on the balcony which my toddler found. It was a bit scary cause he went to the balcony barefoot and could have stepped on it.
