The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. This is a very nice place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect and close to restaurants, stores, and activities. The additional amenities were a bonus. We also had the perfect lake view of the fireworks from our balcony.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. South Shore Lake Resort was peaceful and quiet. All amenities were as described. The balcony lake view was our favorite place to sit and relax. We were also pleasantly surprised at the updated flooring and painted cabinets upon our arrival as compared to the pictures. The condo was bright and welcoming. The host communicated all info and provided all necessary codes.

We were so happy with our stay at South Shores Lake Resort! The room was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Check in was a breeze. We loved the proximity to so many things in Hot Springs. However, to be honest, we didn’t leave the resort much because there was so much to do! We loved the mini golf, the pickleball courts and the pools. The Cabana area was also great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Sauna! There were so many other games and things we could have enjoyed, had we been there longer! The view of the lake from the room was also very pretty! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If ever in the area, we will definitely look at staying here again!

We had a nice stay. Very clean unit, comfortable furniture and bed. Nice view. The jacuzzi and sauna worked. Some of the jets where out on the jacuzzi. The grounds and amenities where well kept. It is a bit dated but we would stay there again.

Overall we had a nice experience BUT I’ll be honest there were some problems. The balcony door was not working properly and my kids got stuck outside. The door needs to be repaired. Also, it said it sleeps 4 BUT there were NO LINENS for the pullout couch so at 10 PM lastnight my husband had to go to WalMart and spend $70 for a comforter and sheets for my son to sleep on the pullout couch. Also, you only get 4 towels for the entire weekend.

We had a wonderful weekend in Hot Springs for a quick birthday getaway. The view from the condo was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, silverware, dishes... Plenty of room. The extra sink area was great for getting ready. Lots of great amenities at this complex. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a quick couples weekend away. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and most important, I didn't run out of hot water while showering. The resort was just a short drive from everything we were interested in. We went over and played pool one night and noticed there was much to entertain yourself with. I would love to have time to go back and enjoy the lake more. Beautiful area!

Jeanne’s lake condo was exactly as described. The property offered a lot of amenities and was clean and well looked after. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We loved having the carpet and open layout for our baby to crawl around on.

It was certainly a pleasure staying there. We had a corner lot. The only thing that awoke us every morning about 0430 was those darn early birds chasing after the worm. Outside of that, it was really a peaceful environment and allowed us ample relaxation. My only complaint is it would have been nice to let us know that we had to bring coffee. There was enough coffee for one night, but we were there for three. Would have been nice to have a cup of coffee every morning before we headed out.

Condo was great, good location for what we wanted to do. If possible I would try to do some sound proofing between floors. We could hear the people walking upstairs and also feel them walking around. If these issues get fixed/updated the location will be 10 times better.

The amenities were great for us. My kids utilized the basketball court, playground, spa and pool. Location was great and very clean. The patio smelled a bit funny. I think due to wetness of floor that was carpeted or something. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and anything you might need to feel at home. I do wish there were basic seasonings or something but maybe due to covid that’s not wise. I was under the impression the washer and dryer would be in the room. But I guess I didn’t read into that properly. Overall we would stay there again. Price was excellent also for what we got.

Just as what we needed. Close to our hiking destination and shopping too. Clean and quiet. Disappointed that the hot tub and pool closed at 6:00 PM. The hot tub was one reason we picked this property. After a 4 mile hike we were looking forward to it.
