This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The York, is a charming century brick home close to all the amenities and activities you want to indulge in nearby Picton. The York is your home away from home in PEC. Whether you're here for work or play, you'll love this 4 bedroom home which includes ample living space, dining room and plenty of areas to relax. Get outside with our massive backyard and deck or walk out the door and you are right in the action of Picton. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

Property was clean and pretty. Had all the amenities we needed. Property managers responded well and dealt with our AC problems immediately. We are looking forward to our next visit here!

Nice place, well located, near de town and 15 minutes drive from the beach! The place is bigger compared to what you see on the picture. The kitchen is well equipped :) Few little details, the washing machine and dryer seem to be in the basement but cannot be reach. It would be nice to have a second air conditioning where the dining roomTable is. The air conditioning upstair cannot cool the house. Overall really nice, i recommend.

First time booking a VRBO and the experience was great - we had hoped to check in a bit early to drop off our bags before our wine tour, but there was a mix up with the door code. Parking was plentiful though, so it wasn't a problem. I will say it wasn't ideal having one bathroom and five women ... but we knew that going in and made it work. The location is perfect for dinner in town and loved the common area where we could hang out. Overall recommend!
