Comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests, the home offers panoramic views of the Bay of Quinte from multiple levels, generous gathering spaces, and a peaceful waterfront setting.
Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood near Greater Napanee and Kingston, the property combines scenic beauty with convenient access to regional attractions.

• Multiple living areas with lake views
• Open-concept kitchen and dining space

Natural light fills the home, and the dining area overlooks the nearby boat launch, adding to the authentic waterfront atmosphere.

• Clear stargazing evenings in a peaceful lakeside setting
