Each bedroom features a private bathroom with two guest bedrooms overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The entire fourth floor is dedicated to the five-star master suite with a sitting area, desk, luxurious master bath, and a private balcony. Pet policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

Linens and supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach gear and recreation equipment: To make your vacation more enjoyable and less stressful, your reservation includes a $250 credit toward any amount of quality beach gear. Your gear will be delivered the day you check in and will be ready to use immediately. Examples of items you may rent include, but are not limited to, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes.
Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.
Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit card processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Great place, but here are the drawbacks.....beach is very narrow and can be an issue during high tide...house is VERY close to the road and traffic noise can be heard inside and on the porch...the dishwasher is tiny so be prepared to run it twice a day..... neighboring homes are literally right next door. The niceties? Well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, comfortable beds, outstanding beach. Elevator was a huge plus. AC cold. Lights, appliances, fixtures were all great. Perfect place for your family to enjoy time on the Gulf of Mexico!

The house was beautiful and the beach was great! The elevator was a really nice feature for our older family members. 5-stars, but with minor suggestions: 1) The house had a malfunctioning smoke detector when we arrived. Replaced battery and it was still bad/chirping. The Prop Mgr should have known this from the prior turnover. 2) The house had no oven mitts or pot holders for the huge/gourmet kitchen, we had to buy one. 3) one garbage bag provided for a house of this size is bit unrealistic. Otherwise, property mgr was prompt to fix issue with propane grill and stay was awesome!

Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We had 4 generations staying and it was perfect for all of us. The house is up to date and furnished beautifully. Everything was very clean. You can't beat being right on the beach. The back deck was perfect for my grand parents to watch their great grandkids playing in the water. I do wish there was a second refrigerator somewhere to store drinks in, but its not a big deal to just keep them in a cooler. The elevator was also a big plus for as well. That's what made this trip possible for all of us. Thanks for the wonderful memories made!
