Unit 411 is a stunning condo that is sure to please, whether staying a few days or as a long term rental. From the furniture and fixtures to the artwork, you will enjoy what 411 has to offer. The artwork includes multiple framed pictures of birds for which Port Aransas is famous.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, two night stands topped with modern lamps, a five drawer chest of drawers and an upholstered bed bench with storage. Close the blackout drapes to enjoy sleeping as late as you desire.
The sitting area has two chairs with ottomans, an end table with a table lamp with USB ports.
The 50” wall mount Smart TV is perfectly located for viewing from the bedroom and sitting areas. The adjustable wall mount assures you will have the best viewing angle. The ceiling fan with light is centrally located to keep you as comfortable as the Gulf breeze.
The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare a snack or a full meal. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, full-size dishwasher, 30” range, and a vent hood/microwave combo. The granite countertop and oversized sink make food preparation and clean-up easy. In addition, it is stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you need. Take advantage of the dishwasher for pots, pans, and the eight-piece place setting of dishes and flatware. The new granite-topped rolling bar/table with 2 high back bar stools holds an abundance of cookware and gives you extra cook prep space. Simply unlock the rolling casters to position the bar as a kitchen island. Move it back to the dining position for meals, to play games or to relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy the views.
The bathroom has a dual vanity with a granite countertop, large sinks, and two face towel rings. Enjoy the walk-in shower equipped with a teak bench and shower caddy. There is room for your wet towels and swimsuits on the towel rack, towel bar, and over-door towel hooks.
For longer stays, a washing machine and clothes dryer are available, located in the entryway closet.

Exactly as advertised. The place was perfect form my wife and I. The condo was clean, well maintained, and perfectly situated to the beach and local attractions. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great size for two people, good value, well stocked, good ocean/pool views. Facility employees were very friendly and helpful.

Can’t beat the location and a good stay for the price. Pool area was great and easy walk to the beach. In hindsight would have brought my own linens as the bedsheets were coarse. Shower was kind of icky but served its purpose.
