This comfortable, cozy home includes a boat slip, access to Bass Lake, and use of a private association beach and picnic area.
After a day spent out on the water, come home to your very own fish-cleaning station and a large deck with ample seating, where you can relax and admire the wonderful view.
Inside, the open floor plan ensures that anyone in the kitchen can still be part of the action. There's a living room with a large flatscreen TV with Roku, a game room, and a laundry room for your convenience. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom with big windows and an attached bathroom.
Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

This cabin was the most organized and well stocked cabin we have ever stayed in. Forgot something? Batteries? Toothbrush? Zip locks? No problem. The house literally had almost everything except for a stocked fridge. Very clean and cozy. Photos do no justice for this cabin. We more than what we were expecting. We felt like we were at home. Patio/deck seating area was so cool. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Vacasa was also very awesome. We’ll be booking directly from them from now on.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated with Yosemite and bear-themed touches. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all drawers and cabinets were clearly labeled—so helpful! We especially appreciated the three bathrooms, which made mornings easy with a larger group.
The deck was peaceful and inviting, with different seating areas for enjoying coffee among the trees. The clean gas grill and great A/C were perfect after hot summer lake days. The master bedroom was huge, and all the rooms were very comfortable.
Our grandkids loved the games and shuffleboard table, and feeding bluebirds with the jar of peanuts left for us was a daily highlight for my 6-year-old granddaughter.
We brought a lot of supplies from home, but honestly didn’t need any of them—this house had it all. Highly recommend for a clean, relaxing family getaway!

We had a really fun girls weekend. House was great! Had everything we could possibly need.
The shuffle board table was nice to have. Plenty of bathrooms for all of the girls to get ready. The dock and boat slip was a huge bonus! Literally across the street from the home. Market and all the shops, restaurants are walking distance or a 2 min drive.
The deck was nice and big with plenty of seating. We all enjoyed the house so much!!

The house was spacious and well equipped. The boat dock was a short walk away. Lots of parking space perfect for a boat trailer. We had a pleasant stay.
