House was clean, company changed house at last minute due to maintenance but house was very similar to original. The neighborhood wasn’t ideal for families, several houses around us played loud music all hours of the night, having parties and smoking illegal substances. I don’t know who rents to surrounding houses, and may not be directly a result of this rental company as they were great and easy to work with. But mindful if booking for a family, quite place.

We had a really nice time. Guest services was extremely responsive to every text and call we made. The location was also great. The only suggestion I'd make is that the property management team proactively maintain the property as there were too many ongoing issues ( which were taken care of asap when they were brought up) but when vacationing, one really shouldn't have to deal with all these rhings

This is our 6th year using this house for a board retreat/planning meeting. The property is well-maintained and its location is convenient to all the necessities (for us it's mostly grocery runs!). The property management company provides timely texts with pertinent information and expressions of willingness to be available for any concerns/questions. Accommodations for up to 7 couples, each with their own bathroom, is a real bonus for us. We would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a place in the Orlando area or with similar needs as ours.

Spacious house that had everything we needed for a group of 10. Pool and hot tub heat was perfect and we really enjoyed our outside time and the use of the kitchen. Communication was great and they responded quickly. Only negative thing I could point out was that the king bed in the main bedroom downstairs is in desperate need of a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable. No one else complained of the beds in any other room. The theatre room was fun and a great place to watch the Superbowl!
