About this house rental
We invite you to enjoy our wonderful home on your next trip to Orlando. Come experience this beautifully decorated home with pool and spa located in the gorgeous Solara Resort. Just minutes from the world-famous Walt Disney World Resort attractions! The Resort offers a daily shuttle service with fixed schedules for Disney and Universal destinations.
You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 18 comfortably. The living area offers plenty of space for all guests to spread out. For family get together, the dining area is ideal to share a meal around the elegant dining table or have a quick meal at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you would expect in your own home.
A Highchair and a Pack in Play are also available upon request with no additional cost.
The upstairs loft offers an additional large living room, equipped with a flat screen TV, Air hockey, Foosball and XBOX to offer entertainment for the whole family. You can also enjoy a game of pool in the downstairs games room.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer, iron and iron board on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and plenty storage space.
Why not take a dip in your very own Private Pool and Spa. The lanai area is the perfect place to sit and relax in the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool. You will also enjoy the quiet peaceful Nature Reserves area while sitting in the backyard.
A lake resides in front of the house, across which there are numerous lights woven into a heart-warming net in the night.
Solara is one of Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort communities. An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you in shape while on vacation. Access to this “secret” west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance. • CHECK-OUT TIME is promptly at 10:00AM or any time prior. (Any late check out please ask in advance)
PARKING:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.
SELF-CATERING INFORMATION:
• All accommodation is self-catering.
• Each accommodation comes equipped with an initial supply of Toilet Paper, a roll of Paper Towels and one Tall Kitchen Garbage Bag. The guests are expected to replenish their supplies as needed.
SOME HELPFUL ITEMS TO BRING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1.Napkins and additional Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and 13-gallon Garbage Bags
2.Coffee and Coffee Filters

POOL/HOT TUB HEAT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Pool heat is available and strongly encouraged for bookings placed in the winter months to allow for full use of this unique home amenity.
Pool heat can be added prior to arrival for $45 a day.
If you have not requested pool heat at the time of your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us 48 hours prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on.
If guests request pool heat after they arrive, a $45 trip fee will be charged.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
We do offer a portable Grill at $85/Stay. If you would like to have a Regular Grill during your stay, need a crib, stroller, or an adult mobility scooter, No Hassle Vacations can deliver, set up and retrieve rental items directly to the house.
We do require our guests to keep the backyard floor clean/protected if you rent a Grill.

Yes host was awesome!. We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. We were abit disappointed that we had to pay extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. I feel that it should have been included in the price we paid. Also we didn't use the grill either because that also would have been an extra fee. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Family enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. We also visited the community pool one day which was also a plus. Having the laundry room was helpful especially keeping up with the towels. Having booked our time over the Christmas holiday, I had reached out to the owner for a Christmas tree. Not only was there a pre-lit Christmas tree, it was also decorated. Everyone had a wonderful time with many new memories!

Our overall stay at this home was amazing! The house is beautiful, clean, and was large enough for our family of 16. You can tell that Wanda, the host, takes pride in this home. She was also amazing at communicating with us anytime we had a question about our stay. The only complaint we had was that the sign in process for entering the community is a disaster. If Solara can do better with that then everything would have been amazing.

The house itself is beautiful, the location is ideal, and it has many amenities to keep the whole family entertained. There was some differences with the listing and what the house actually had. For example, beach towels, were listed but not provided. We had to buy our own. There was nothing to say that there was a charge to use the grill. We had nine adults and they provided just the trash bags in the three small trashes, 3 pods for laundry, three pods for the dishwasher, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper on each toilet. One bath towel per person and some of us shared one hand towel. If you plan on using the hot tub, make sure you pay in advance. And without it, it is NOT even warm. I’ve stayed at a half dozen Vrbo homes and this was the least stocked. There wasn’t even anything to clean the counters with. The management was pleasant and responded quickly when we asked to have the hot tub turned on, and when the lights to the pool wouldn’t come on. So there was a lot of good things, but also some expenses that we didn’t plan on.
