Brand new, absolutely beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and an open boat house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 8. It would be great for a weekend getaway or a fishing trip. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood between Goosepond Colony and City Park boat launches, this is the ideal place for fishermen. There is plenty of paved parking for trucks and trailers. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen and large dining space, master bath with a beautiful tile shower and freestanding soaking tub. This is a modern and very spacious house. All the electric artifact function. The host interaction was prompt and empathetic. Our check out time was 11:00 am of 30 Nov. 2025. We had to check out on or about 10:30 am of 28 Nov. 2025. At about 6:00am of 28 Nov, there were shots fired near the house and there was a hole in one of the windows next to dining room. There were about 5 children throwing rocks all over the place and disturbing the peace on the night of the 26 and 27 Nov. Such disruptions forced us to depart on 28 Nov. We deserve a refund for two days.
