About this villa rental
The house is situated in Sesimbra Village, facing the Atlantic Ocean and it's 25 m from the beach. It's included in a private condominium with private parking. This also has a private condominium pool, kinder-garden and gaming room (table tennis and snooker). Our house has an outside dinning room, which has a barbecue and a garden, all of them overlooking the sea, beach and marina. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them overlooking the sea, and a crib in case of need. It also has a computer with internet, cable TV, DVDs and children games and many toys. If you want fresh bread in the morning, bread is sold every mournig, around 10:00 am inside the villa's parking lot. You can also request laundry once a week and every Friday our housekeeper cleans up the house. If you don't feel like cooking, you can order some fine dishes from the nearby restaurants, and enjoy it on our terrace regarding the fascinating view.

We spent two fantastic weeks in this wonderful, perfectly equipped appartment. We had preparation and 2018 470 European Championship in Sailing, staying with the German Sailing Team.
It was a perfect place to enjoy, relax and repower-up for the next day, after Training and Sailing this physically championship.
This appartment is so lovely, well equipped in kitchen, rooms and garden, it has a fantastic scenic view on the Ocean.
All these details helped us to win the Gold Medal, a perfect place to be!
For sure, one day we will come back for some holiday, as Sesimbra‘s other side, we could not really enjoy this time, unfortunately, is a nice, familiar place with lots of nice, small restaurants! Especially for fish lovers!

We spent 1 full week in the property in July '17. Really good location just next to the beach. Few nice restaurants or bars could be found just around the corner. Service is very good and slow so we enjoyed the feel and pulse of local culture;) House is well equipped so you will find all you need during stay. The view from terrace is terrific so we spent many hours drinking wine and grilling fish that we bought really fresh on the local market. Contact with owner was easy and timely so we faced no issues with anything we required.

This is a lovely family holiday home in a quiet complex mainly occupied by Portuguese families. The house was cool despite no air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you could need and there is a large new fridge freezer. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The children were pleased with the wifi! There is a lovely shaded patio/outdoor dining room with views of the sea, where we ate but there is room to eat inside if you wanted to. The lounge area is comfy with a large tv. [Had to make do with CNN for news!] The pool was never too full and had a lovely atmosphere. Sesimbra is a small but busy town. The town beach is great but even better is Praia de Meco a short drive away. The apartment is near the port and there is some noise as a result.Tomas was very helpful and we had a fabulous stay.

The residence is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The common pool offers stunning see views. Easy outdoor parking is available in the residence. The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated, has a nice terrace with amazing see views, BBQ and small garden.
