At Akrotiri Estate Naxos, everything is designed to feel easy and unforced. Nestled on the hillside of the Akrotiri Peninsula, this gated estate is a home of sunlight, stillness, and sea, where traditional Cycladic charm meets modern, quiet luxury. Surrounded by an olive grove and a flourishing vegetable garden, the villa offers a natural rhythm and space to breathe.
**Living Spaces**
The villa is designed for effortless togetherness, accommodating up to ten guests with a blend of privacy and connection. The open-plan living area features a modern kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a 55-inch smart TV, designed to bring the outside in through large balcony doors.
The four spacious bedrooms are retreats of their own:
* The Upper Level: A queen suite with an ensuite shower and windows that frame views of the ocean toward Mykonos. A private balcony looks out over the mountains.
* **The Ground Floor:** A queen bedroom with courtyard views and an ensuite, alongside a versatile twin room with bunk beds. Both rooms open directly to the pool area and a courtyard featuring an ancient olive tree.
* **The Basement Apartment:** Featuring both internal and external entrances, this space offers additional privacy with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and its own lounge and dining area.
Outdoor Ease
Step outside into a setting designed for intentional stillness. A private swimming pool is surrounded by local landscaping and multiple terraces. For shared meals, a large pergola shades a monastery-style table for ten, complemented by a gas BBQ, a wood-fired stove, and an outdoor preparation area.
Situated on the serene, less-visited side of Naxos, the estate is just 500 meters from the pristine sands of Amiti Beach. Here, you can watch the mountains turn shades of pink as the sun slips into the deep blue of the summer evening. Chantelle and Michalis have created a superb vacation villa at Akrotiri Estate. Spacious and comfortable interior spaces with high end finishings are complemented by expansive outdoor areas highlighted by the inviting swimming pool The villa is a little remote from the town but your journey is more than rewarded by dramatic, mesmerizing views of the Naxos landscape and wine-dark Aegean Sea. Chantelle and Michalis were kind and responsive hosts. We recommend Akrotiri Estate and would gladly return.

The Villa is breathtaking..!!!But we first want to write about our amazing hosts. Chantelle & MichalisWe have traveled often but never experienced such high level of hospitality. We felt their true caring at every moment. They were always ahead of our needs, yet very discreet to let us enjoy our family time. We felt like family. We followed all of Chantelle’s recommendations for visits and restaurants and are so happy we did. We already miss them. The Villa is impressive when you look at the pictures but the feel of the place cannot be transmitted through them. Imagine having breakfast outside looking on the 2nd highest mountain of the island and having only two charming little churches as distant neighbors. On the other side of the Villa we had our dinners by the pool looking at the sea. Want to go to the beach, walk to Amitis sandy beach. You’ll be there in less than 20 minutes walk. ( mostly flat )of less than 5 by car. The beach is secluded and not crowded. In 19 minutes you will be parked right at the outskirts of Naxos Chora. Walk the pretty streets, there is plenty of shops and restaurants. Our favorite is Scirocco..!!!Every detail of the Villa is inviting, convenient and comfortable. Chantelle & Michalis, all of our family thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Big Hugs…!!!
