Cassandra Villa is a unique,large property set in 7000sq.metres of land in the valley of Iria with amazing views to the Aegean,the island of Paros opposite and the surrounding lush valley.
The property is a 2 storey, 6 bedroomed house,3 of which are doubles, and 1 twin,with 2 large family bathrooms and a separate laundry room and can accommodate up to 16 people . All bedrooms have air conditioning and the large and airy living area has many aspects with cooling breezes , fans and beautiful views. There is even a piano for you to enjoy too!
A dedicated covered terrace on the first floor is home to a large pool table for games with a cool breeze!
Many pergola covered terraces lead from the house to the beautiful gardens,vineyards and orchards with fruit trees in abundance and our exquisite,large pool (13m x 6m ) surrounded by mature planting and olive trees providing complete privacy.
Completed recently,is a small church at the end of the garden path. In a simple style, it is available for your quiet and contemplative times.
An amazingly peaceful setting and only a short distance to wonderful beaches,nearly undisturbed villages amongst our mountain range and of course the beautiful main town of Chora with its Venetian buildings and history.
Cassandra is ideal for larger groups and families with plenty of activities in the surrounding areas,should you ever choose to leave this peaceful environment.
