Magnificent villa facing the sea on Plage du Vieil in Noirmoutier

As always, a beautiful, well maintained property in an exceptionally nice setting right on the beach. Very helpful owner and well organised procedure for arrival and departure.

Two weeks in June/July with a family of five. Very nice and bright house, tastefully equipped and with all the amenities you need. Perfect for 4-6 people but can house up to 8 or 9 if necessary. Very large terrace with places to sit both in front of and behind the house, wherever you fancy depending on sunshine or time of day. Splendid view on the sea even from within the house. Unmatched location, literally five metres from the terrace to the sandy beach and therefore perfect (not only!) for children. The closest bakeries and other shops are downtown, a smooth ten-minute ride by bike, and there's another small supermarket in Le Vieil a bit closer. Alexandre was very helpful and responsive to any question we may have had. Thank you very much! We usually pick a different place for summer holidays every year but this is a place we would happily return to.
